I found a kitten crying at my patio door, around 3am about a week ago. He’s a little stinker. Literally, he has really bad gas. It’s pretty common for kittens, but I think his tummy might be sensitive for going without food for so long. I’m not sure, because I have no idea what his story is. No one seems to be looking for a lost cat, and he was filthy and starving when I found him. My other cats hated him at first, but they’re all friends now. The ferrets are indifferent.
I’m starting to get attached to him, even though I don’t really have the space or money for another pet. He’s so happy and comfortable here. Little guy thinks he runs the place. I refuse to take him to a shelter, but I’ve contacted a few smaller rescue organizations. Haven’t heard from any of them yet. I guess he lives here until I find him a home. He’s extremely good natured, affectionate, no signs of illness. I really wish people would take more responsibility for their pets. A kitten shouldn’t live outside, especially not in the city. If you can’t take care of your animals, find someone who can! Even a shelter is better than tossing them outside.
He looks like a mini Grim. =^_^=
