Last Tuesday was my Mom’s Birthday, so I took her to a Carribean/Cuban restaurant for lunch.  My Sister and my Mom’s friend came along, and we all had drinks.  First we had delicious margaritas with strawberry and kiwi, and a shot of cactus juice.  Then I had a super duper strong lemon ginger mojito.  We enjoyed tostones topped with chicken, cheese and yummy salsa for an appetizer.  Then I had crab and lobster quesadillas. You know I loves my foods.

You may recall me mentioning that I stopped drinking for about a month per doctors orders, so I’ve been enjoying my cocktails lately.

I ate all of it.
